KEDRA CHALEN DESIGN
With over a 14 years of design experience, Kedra has proven that success as a designer can be achieved in a very non-traditional way. Her love for design and construction began from her early childhood experiences ‘assisting’ her father at his retail kitchen and bath remodeling store in Des Plaines, Illinois. Kedra’s own career started in Boca Raton, Florida flipping houses on shoe-string budgets while simultaneously attaining a Masters in Business Marketing from Lynn University.
To say Kedra received a ‘crash course’ in design and construction management would be an understatement! She quickly began to build a name for herself throughout the Boca Raton and West Palm Beach areas. In 2006 she was featured in Boca Delray Life Magazine, June 2006, for one of her successful flips in the Delray Beach area. Her client engagements have taken her from Florida to Houston to Jackson Hole to Chicago.
Kedra’s design approach is an extension of her diversified experiences. She applies a hands-on, practical vision to each and every design project. Kedra prides herself on creating elegant, functional spaces for budgets of all sizes. Most importantly, Kedra listens to her clients’ needs. With her client’s design goals in mind, Kedra utilizes not only her fabulous eye for design but also her extensive knowledge of construction to produce a truly unique, individualized experience for each and every client.
